We can offer FREE local delivery within a 5 mile radius for orders £12 and over. If your order is under £12 then a delivery charge of £2 is applied to the order.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
All orders over a 5 mile radius will be sent out via Royal Mail and will be either 1st or 2nd class depending on how quick you want this amazing sauce.
As long as your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday we aim to have this dispatched the same day.
Royal Mail 1st Class is charged at £3.99
Royal Mail 2nd Class is charge at £2.99
Although 1st class is generally delivered the next working day and 2nd class between two to three working days both including Saturdays, with the current Coronavirus and despite the outstanding work of our lovely postman and other staff of Royal Mail there may be some disruption to delivery times.
NON UK MAINLAND and OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Please get in contact before placing any orders with details of where you would like the AMAZING Taste Bud Tingling Boom Sauce delivered to and we can give you an idea of the delivery cost before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please contact Boom Sauce immediately. Once Boom Sauce accepts the cancellation of your order, then a full refund will be issued. We are unable to action a full refund if your item has been dispatched.
If your order has been dispatched you can return the product to us once delivered. The item/s will need to be returned to us unopened and in the condition it was delivered in. No postage will be refunded and the cost of return will be down to you the consumer. If there is sign that the bottle was opened or has been damaged we will refuse a refund.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail us stating the nature of your complaint and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you or replace the goods without fuss.
All items are your responsibility whilst in your possession. We therefore strongly advise you to send any returns in adequate protective packaging to avoid damage in transit and by registered post with adequate insurance.
We will not be held responsible and will be unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for any items lost or damaged in transit on their return journey from you to us.
